I take great photos, but I want them to be notice in the fashion/beauty industry. What magazine editor would want photographers?

I’m an amateur designer and I want to take my pencil sketches to the next level. What kind of pens/pencils/paints should I start with? What kind of utensils do real designers use more than others? I was thinking brush pens, but I’m not sure that fashion designers use them.

When I am older I want to be a fashion designer and go to college to be one too. I’m 11 now, so how likely would it be to become a fashion designer with college experience?
